Multi-year management of project portfolio and program management design for ongoing support by staff.
Project delivery was executed over a duration of 2 years. It included a portfolio of 13 separate initiatives and 16 distinct projects that were managed in fixed duration sprints with consistent report-outs to stakeholders (board members to building leaders). Established a sustainable means to track project delivery rolling up to portfolio level view for elected Board members.
Due to the success of this project, Seattle Public Schools extended contract to continue work.
The second part of the project included convenings for Goal 2 Portfolio outcomes. This was the implementation of a Network Improvement Community method. Cyborg Mobile established a new norm of sharing lessons learned through NIC usage within the school district. Expectations of transparency and ongoing work effort made us successful in meeting our deliverables and establishing a changed model.
